Are Medical Benefits Offered with Part Time Disney Positions?

When Disney advertises PART TIME positions, how many hours does this typically mean and are part time positions offered medical benefits? Is part time with Disney considered 20 to 29 hours? It is my understanding that ACA mandates that 30 hours or more of large employer status, mandates offer of health benefits. Yes 30 is the "magic" number and most employers will keep their PT employees to under 29 hours because of this.
