of Atkins.....you can eat 1/3 cup per day, find one with no sugar at all. ITs easy to do they are almost all sugar free.
Great lunches are tuna salad, chicken salad, and egg salad. I love to save all my lettuce and veggies for dinner so I can have a nice size meal then. Good thing is if you dont add any veggies to the chicken salad its a freebie.....
