Bacon: Microwave or Frying Pan?

How do you prefer to cook bacon?

I can see advantages in both depending on your goal. Microwave less greasy and more crispy, frying pan more chewy and "traditional" tasting.

EDIT: Or Oven!
 




Frying pan.

It isn't that hard and I can use the pan after I drain the grease to cook eggs or burgers or onions or whatever in some of the grease.
 
In the rare circumstance that I cook bacon, it's the oven. I have this slatted tray thing with a drip pan. Anyway it cooks up nicely and the smell does linger for a while.
 
Microwave.
As you put it less greasy and more crispy. lThe ends melt in your mouth.
I have floppy/chewy bacon. I'll never order bacon from a restaurant anymore.
Plus much less of a mess in the microwave.
Just toss out the paper towels and wash the plate vs potential grease all over the place.
 
I tried so many times in the oven and can’t it it right and takes forever...frying pan for me
