Best Loop For Total Relaxation & Quiet Time

Back of 1900.

It's a "Full" loop in Disney booking terms. It's as far away as you can get from the sights and sounds of buses, golf carts, and park noise.

It is a loop so you will get noise from people going around but if you are looking for peace and quiet, it's the best there is at the Fort. It's well wooded/shaded and where one goes to get away from it all (best you can while at WDW). But you might have "party all night" neighbors. You never know.

But you asked the question, Dad, and that's my answer.

PS - reserve a Full loop then call the reservation line and ask to add a request to your reservation for a site in 1900.

I agree with Ed, that loop is your best chance. 1800 is your next best bet.

1900 can be a little tight, we have been originally assigned there twice and not been able to navigate into the site due to obstructions.

What are you camping in?
A tent might not be quiet at any time.
An all season RV would be quiet just about anyplace.
How much "space" do you need to pitch or park your accommodations?

If you are tenting, absolutely not 2000 loop!

1800 or 1900 easy. Every loop has a few tight sites to get into.if you arrive to the site and its not doable just call front desk. Every time they have given me other site options on same loop to look at.

And when you request 1900 as a note on your reservation, add the length of your trailer so that they will see that and, along with assuming for your tow vehicle, try to assign you to a site that will accommodate your length on the first go-around.

A computer system pre-assigns campsite numbers based on what will available on the day you arrive but Fort personnel can and do make changes to those pre-assignments a few days before arrival. So if you can pass that info to them via the system, they are good about catching it and trying to do something about it.

PS - all the site levels have full (as in "all") hookups except the Tent/Pop-up level (has no sewer hook). Full and Preferred levels are the same except for their location inside the Fort (Preferred down by the lake, Full back in the quiet corner) with a gravel tent/back pad. Premium and Premium Meadow levels are the same (wider/longer all paved no gravel) except for their location inside the Fort (Premium Meadow named for being close to the Meadow area which has pool, trading post, bike barn, campfire/movie singalong).
