BOG Closed August 20-24, 2018?

I am unable to make BOG reservations between Monday August 20th to Friday August 24th. Reservations can be made for Sunday August 19th and Saturday August 25th (on either side of that window).

Note I am an onsite guest making my 180+10 ADR.

Could this be related to the rumoured: http://www.wdwinfo.com/walt-disney-...-restaurant-going-to-become-signature-dining/

Wonder if the rumoured kitchen refurb or conversion to TS or Signature Dining might be happening. Anybody heard any rumours?

It’s possible it could be for a short refurb. I haven’t heard anything regarding those dates.

I had the ability to book QS breakfast and lunch on the 26th so I don’t think it’s going to all TS.

There was a couple posts about them having not released BOG Dinner times for August yet. They were reportedly only offering up to late July when my window opened a week ago.

(EDIT) I still don't see anything through August 19 (the end of my window) for Dinner.

Thanks for sharing. I feel bad for anyone who is making their 180+ ADRs on Friday. That site is going to be a mess. I hope they release all of those missing breakfast and lunches before then!

Oh I know. I’m also curious as to what the damage is gonna be on this price wise. Expecting some hand over fist on this

These dates, slightly modified, appear to be confirmed for a closing/refurbishment, coming AFTER implementation of the new prix fixe menu. Myself and at least one other person on this thread received this info from a CM on the Dining phone line this morning.

She told me that they received a memo today that the restaurant would be closed for refurbishment August 20-25. Pressing further to ask are they really implementing a new menu, then undergoing refurbishment so soon after that? She just said that is what they were told.
