You did mean 'free' front of line passes in your post above, right? (Or as we like to say 'included with the price of your room', as nothing is actually 'free'). As anyone can purchase this pass. You don't have to be at a US resort to get the pass. And its only 'included' with their 3 most expensive resorts.
