Bounceback Information and FAQ Thread - 25-35% off BOUNCEBACKS ARE BACK for 2024/2025!

Free dining has previously been more common than a resort discount.

Free dining has never been more common than a room discount. Typically the free dining bounceback was offered & available to book from mid August until early October. The whole rest of the year, from October until the following August, the bounceback offer was for a room discount. The window to book a free dining bounceback was much more limited.

Free dining was the most common offer that I encountered over the course of many, many trips.
However, I have edited my post to remove the statement that you have an issue with.

Yes, this is correct.

Thank you so much everyone. I’ll keep an eye out on bb for early 2025. I’m a little impatient. Perhaps I just wanted to plan a quick trip to Disney. 😊 Instead I’ll just start getting my ducks in a row for now.

I wonder if I could change the dates for a BB trip reservation I made last trip - made it for Dec 2024, but could I change it to Apr 2025 (of course assuming the dates were covered by that offer)

I called this morning and was able to change dates, length of stay, number of guest (from 1 to 2) from my original BB in Dec to April 2025... no issues at all. :)
Thanks for this. I didnt know it was a thing to be able to go into the next year once it’s released.. We always felt screwed out of bounce back since we go in March and don’t want to go again that year. Of course it’s too late for us to do it this year but in the future that’s good to know.

What the CM said was since it was loaded into the system, I could move it to the 2025 dates as long it was covered by the new offer. (I may have been his first person to change as he had to look to see if it had been loaded... :) )

I also was able to change my Dec 24 to Feb 25. The rep did consult with some one else for a few minutes but changed with no issues. I was able to get POR French Qtr .

It was NOT a thing as they had different offer codes, and they would offer the room offer for the following year fairly late the year before.

I am also pleasantly surprised at how many dates are included (all of March and all of April - basically all Spring Break season). It's basically major holidays and of course, October, that are excluded.

We just booked a Bounceback offer for May 2025 and were able to get 35% off a resort view room at the Beach Club. It is our absolute favourite resort and despite checking nearly daily, we weren't able to find availability for the April 2024 trip we just returned from. We do have two kids who will be 4 and 7 at the time of travel and the more I think about the Stormalong Bay closure, the more I'm wondering if we should switch resorts despite our love of the Beach Club!

Initially I was thinking of moving our dates later into 2025 once those dates are released, but I don't think we could manage July/August heat (we've been before in June/July and August) and I see that most of October is blacked out. I didn't realize October was a popular season! And then I worry that November/December will be too cool to swim.

We are considering moving to the Boardwalk, Caribbean Beach, or even Pop Century (our kids love it, the adults a bit less so). Or maybe a September trip? So many decisions!!
