Can you obtain DAS from GS in DTD?

We didn't need to use GAC last trip with RD and touring plans, but with 2 kiddos with disabilities and the fate of RD/FP/P in the air, we may sign them up for DAS just in case it becomes a necessity to avoid derailing the trip.

I would prefer to get the visit to GS and pics out of the way on arrival day (no park planned) rather than start a park day off with time in GS, pics being taken, kids getting upset etc. Does the GS in DTD issue DAS?

If not, do any of the parks have an external GS window so we could just take a bus to the park once we've checked into our room and not actually enter the park to get the DAS made up for the rest of our stay?
