Character Palooza at HS?

I've never seen anything official refer to it as "Character Palooza". I believe that name was given to what takes place by another website, but it's a well known fact that it does occur.

We stumbled upon it returning to Studios last summer after afternoon nap so I want to guess 4-5:30ish. But that is honestly just a guess. We saw Robin Hood and brier fox and I forget the third one that was there. They were almost ready to go back inside so we could only meet brier fox and my daughter had a blast teasing him about The story line from splash mountain. It was a very fun accidental find. Oddly we stumbled upon Snow White off to the side of Main Street in MK with no one waiting to see her. That spot probably is marked on the map but to us it was a lovely surprise.
