Chefs de France and Illuminations

So, my DD7 is terrified of fireworks, even with her noise-canceling headphones on, to the point where we usually have to leave the parks before they start. We have dinner at Chefs de France for our Epcot night and I was wondering if being inside the restaurant during the show would be enough to mute most of the sound. I know that the last time we ate at the San Angel Inn and it worked out perfectly. We would do that again but I was hoping to try something new. Thanks!

We have eaten there a few times during Illuminations. I don't remember hearing the fireworks over the restaurant noise, and one of my children has a similar issue. Depending on where you are seated, she might be able to see that they are happening though, and that could upset her if she's terrified of them.

You could probably request a table not near a window, and explain why. I would bet most would want a window seat, so requesting away from a window would probably easily fulfilled.
