pie crust for a 9 inch double crust......
three cups of cooked chopped chicken or turkey......
in a saucepan......
saute 1/3 cup of margarine or butter......
1/3 cup of onions chopped finely.......
when tender about two minutes....
add 1/3 cup of flour into the margarine ...stirring
constantly.......
add 1 1/2 cups of chicken canned broth........
2/3 cup of milk........
stir until it thickens.........
add 2 cups of frozen peas/carrots......thawed out.....
and 3+ cups of whatever bird you wish.......
when you stir it in.....put in your bottom prepared pie
crust.......put on top and slit for steam exposure.....
put in a preheated 425 oven and cook for about 40 minutes
take out and let sit for 5-10 minutes.....
delicious......honest
