Chocolate Creme Brulee from Wolfgang Pucks -- need the recipe to surprise my wife

last month I had to rough it and go to WDW on business. Unfortunately my wife came with me without our four children. Then, we had to eat at Wolfgang Pucks. For dessert we were forced to make a choice and we shared the Creme Brulee sampler. The vanilla was good, the bannana was very good and the chocolate creme brulee was INCREDIBLE!! I HAVE NEVER TASTED A DESSERT LIKE THIS!!

Anyone have the recipe? Anyone know where to look?
