Christmas decorations at the WDW parks ?

Did anyone else think the WDW park decorations (except for Osborne Lights) were a little disappointing?
It was our first Christmas visit so all we can compare it to were the decorations this year at USF/IOF (elaborate - especially in the Suess area)
