Coco Beach Club dining question

We reserved a full day pass for the Coco Beach Club for our April cruise.
Do we need to make reservations for the clubhouse dining? The description says space is limited and to book before the cruise, but it's unclear if they mean to book the full day pass before the cruise (which we did) or a dining reservation before the cruise.

Anything else we should know about or book in advance to enjoy the beach club area to the fullest?
Thanks!

If you've booked Coco Beach Club then you're all set as far as the dining. You can make a lunch reservation when you check into the club area. You cannot make it before you arrive.

The daybeds and loungers are first come first served, so it's a good idea to arrive early. You don't need to bring towels from the ship. They have upgraded towels for you. They also have coffee/tea and Danishes available when you arrive if you want to skip breakfast or just do a light breakfast.

There's no tickets, you just scan your seapass card when you get there.

You can prebook the lunch reservation time as soon as early as when you get on the ship by calling dining reservations. At least we were able to this past July 2022. Food was excellent by the way. The sirloin was indeed one of the best I've had on a cruise, and the lobster sandwich was also excellent. We were able to order multiple entrees but not sure whether that has changed alongside the general dining changes.

You'd have to be first off the ship and make a bee line to the Beach Club to snag those daybeds surrounding the pool. We got off the ship early, and walked casually to the beach club - they were already all taken up.

However there is tons of shaded seating by the beach. Even those arriving mid-morning had their choice of seats when we were there in July.
