The Chip & Dale Tickets are park hoppers that act like any other park hoppers, in that they can be used to enter a park and you can switch parks during the day. You can make 60-day out FP+ reservations with them only if you are also staying at a WDW hotel or one of the seven nearby qualified off-site hotels (search for "Disney Springs hotels"); if otherwise staying off-site, it is 30-days out. Moreover, you have an issue as to when your family member working at WDW can get tickets because they need to work 150 hours before getting the first three daily tickets, so you may not get the tickets 60 days or more out if your family member has not accumulated the required hours by 60 days out from the time you are going. You can go to EMH with any ticket that gets you into the park, but you must also be staying on site or a qualified off-site hotel to be able to do so. As to Fireworks parties, such as the Fireworks dessert parties, those cost extra to get into.
