Coming from Tampa, would we reach Universal or WDW first?

I am just trying to mentally orient myself and I am completely confused.

WDW is almost 20 minutes before you get to Universal.


The trip should take an hour or so, depending on traffic and your speed... Speed Limit is 70 on I4 for a lot of that drive.
