Concierge question RPR

Hi All! So my son is turning 12 while we are on vacation this month. I’m debating what I’d like to do to make it special.

I know I can pack a birthday banner and some balloons and decorate the room myself but I’m wondering if I can arrange thru concierge to see if they can help me “mummy dust” up my son’s birthday. I was looking thru the catalog and saw they do the small balloon package and cupcakes but I was looking for a bit larger scale.

My question is, should I contact the front desk concierge to see what kind of options might be available or since we are staying club level is it better to email them?

Or. Does anyone know of like personal shoppers or gift basket companies that work with universal. My son loves Harry Potter. I was thinking I might want to put a Ravenclaw gift package together for him...probably should have started planning sooner!

You can email club concierge now and get an idea of what can be ordered

I know we have the in hotel ordering for rpr for gifts delivery to the rooms
in the rpr sticky

Would assume hrh would have a similar program
