Costco will be selling disneyland packages

Just got off the phone with costco travel. They will be selling packages starting Nov 1st for travel after jan 1st. I was told they would be doing disneyworld but they arn't, just disneyland, didn't check the prices but wanted you all to know. Mum of two pirates

Are these for anyone or just for So. Cal. residents? I would love to start planning our next trip and this would be great. Anyone have any more information?
