We MIGHT do a quick trip to WDW May 7th through the 12th. We have only been in Nov and Dec in the past and thought the crowds were very low. We never waited more than 10-15 minutes and usually walked on most rides. We were wondering what the wait time for rides might be at this time. We would also be leaving late afternoon on Sunday, May 12th which is Mother's Day. What should we expect on this day?. We would love to hit the MK on Sunday ( one last time before we leave, will it be insane??)Thanks in advance!

We were there in May of 2000 (early May - not yet Mother's Day) and we're hopefully going this year May 4-10th. My son was young the first time (2.5 yrs old) so some things we didn't try to ride but I remember short waits for some things (like Star Tours and that dinosaur ride in AK) but longer waits for somethings like the Speedway in the MK (maybe 40 min wait). We had a short 10-15 min wait for the haunted mansion, etc. The longest waits were for the kids rides in fantasyland. Weather was nice - upper 80's and very little rain. No doubt you'll have longer lines than December. Of course the weather might be nicer for the pools if you - plan to stay in a resort with a nice pool!

Enjoy!
