Dancing?

We are heading to the Wizarding World for our first ever trip to Universal for our 30th Anniversary. We would love to go dancing one night at CityWalk. I've searched here, but have not seen much information. Anyhow, any answers to the following would be very much appreciated!

1) What time do people start dancing? Or do they just hang at the bars in the loud music?
2) Are any of the CityWalk clubs known for early 80's music? New Wave, like Talking Heads; B-52's; Blondie. Or any music sort of "in that style"? Groove or Funk type of music also great.
3) Does anyone over the age of 50 go dancing there?

Red Coconut Club in City Walk has dancing but not sure what type of music they have.
Check out City Walk at UO for the different clubs.

I googled, city walk orlando clubs and came up with some descriptions for two places there.
Using the googled site, more info was available.
