Disney Cruise Line Royal Tea Party Pins?

I was wondering if anyone knows what the pins are that the boys get at DCL's Royal Tea Party? They get different gifts than the girls.

Are the pins sold separately? Like could someone go to the party location and buy them without attending the tea?
