Our Disney Trip is in January 2018 and I need to lose a few pounds before we go. Y'all (I'm from Texas), I know that this should be a lifestyle change, that I shouldn't do anything drastic, and all that good healthy advice. For now, the Disney trip is my motivation so I wanted to see if anyone else on the board wants to join me in a "Disney Diet" to get ready for our trip! My goal is to lose 20 pounds in 6 months. I don't want to overdo it and I don't want to become obsessive. I just want to start eating healthier and making better choices. Anyone care to join me in this thread to keep track of each other's progress and just for support?
