Disney Dining Experience for FL residents

We are heading to the DVC Vero Beach resort next week and were wondering if you could use the card in the Shutters restaurant there.

I'm sorry to say that it's only good at Disney World restaurants. Have you been to the Vero Resort before? We think it's great!

My girlfriends father is a FL resident (thereby making her a FL resident ).. The DDE saved us at least 150$ on our last trip (not to mention what we saved on the resorts). Thanks to her father's choice in retirement location, we're going to be able to afford 2 more trips back this year (and we we're planning on only going back once). The roaring forks snack bar took it at the WL, and they're not even on the list. Not once did one server have an issue with it. It even has a nice look to the card. Any FL resident would be crazy not to get this one.
