Yep, but completely eliminate ADRs, making it same day only and you don't pick the time window, you go based on what is available when you are hungry. Picking a return window could work as well, but would be problematic for those that don't get there when the park first opens.

Epcot used to be this way. There were video screens near Spaceship Earth and you could talk with a CM dining reservation agent and see them on the screen. They would book your same-day meals. All restaurants were available same-day. It was great for the guests to be able to get whatever restaurants they were in the mood for that day. But that system didn't fill restaurants to capacity nearly as much as the current ADR system does, so I can see why the company would have changed it.

And some of us remember the lines you had to stand in just to get to a screen. This was only for EP restaurants too. AND parks were not nearly as crowded then as they are now.

Usually I got a screen with little or no waiting in line. Sorry to hear that you experienced longer lines for this.
