Paradiso 37 - we had a very memorable and fairly inexpensive evening, sitting on the patio on a lovely warm night, listening to a great live singer, with a cocktail and eating casual food.
Love Boathouse too - great for a later evening dinner, but be sure to make ADR.

Morimoto Asia might be my fav in all of WDW. Food is awesome and service is great every single time we've been there. For QS, D-luxe is enjoyable as well as WPE.
