Disney stores that are modeled after the Apple store

I really dislike the Apple store model.

The store is always insanely crowded and it always takes way too long to buy something.

I remember one year wanting to buy a phone but the Apple store decided that they had sold enough that day and would not sell me one that day. I was told I had to come back the next day.

Impulse buys would drop... and it’s not really kid friendly. What benefit do you see?
