Disneyland Hotel Slides down--access to Grand CA Pool?

Hello! I'm staying at the Disneyland Hotel in a couple of weeks and the monorail slides will be closed for most of our trip. I was surprised to see a post on Plan Disney saying there is a shuttle provided to the Grand CA with access to that hotel's pool and slide during the monorail slide refurbishment.
Can anyone confirm this is actually happening?

Yes, it's real. They regularly do this when one hotel's pools are closed.

When it was done in January, I seem to recall we went to the PPH. Maybe because it wasn't a walk across the street, lol
