Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Its a hard one to get for sure especially party nights. Also the discount never as good either. I have been doing GF a lot lately because it is discounted with AP at 30-40% .

We tagged a few days last year at Tgiving too. We did WL. If you can snag a room there you can add cl access at check in. Currently the only resort to do this. It was a quick boat ride to MK or even quicker bus ride!
Thanks for the advice! WL was one that I was considering. The aren’t showing any availability as of right now. Last night they had standard view only, but today it is gone. Frustrating!

Just popping in to say HELLO :wave2: and wish everyone good luck with their summer Disney vacations! :earboy2: Things are a bit crazy here because my youngest child is graduating from high school this month. But I've already got my empty nest plans in full swing and I can't wait to travel as much as possible.

I did it! added BWI CL to our stay <3 it's our first time CL, so should I use the 'check-in' on MDE or should we full experience check in when we arrive early morning sunday and if I read previous post correctly, omelets!!
I would email dss with any room requests. Do you want to have a room inside the lounge door ? Water view? near lounge? king bed? If any of those appeal to you then ask.

I guess I would skip online for your situation. However my last BWI stay they were not escorting up. If get desperate just take the elevator to the 4th floor, make a right and follow the hall until you find the cm desk. They can check you in right there if its busy down stairs.

We're at the BC right now, first time doing club level here. Must say that in general so far the lounge seems calmer than Poly's despite what feels like a lot more rooms (maybe wrong about that since they're all on one floor). Dinner items tonight were nice, several salads, roasted vegs, cheeses, chili bar, meatball sliders, bacon wrapped scallops and wee green tea cones stuffed with curried turkey salad. I'll try to remember to get some pictures and post them when we get home.

Breakfast this morning felt lacking in non sweet items but I knew that would be the case going in. CMs here have been great. Tiny thing but we've really enjoyed the 'fruit water' by the elevators. Just super nice to enjoy on your way out or when coming back in out of the heat.

Hope you're having a great time :wizard:.

Congrats on adding CL. BWI CL is amazing, you will love it! I agree with trisha that I'd probably skip OCI. Since it's your first CL stay, it would be nice to get checked in by a CM so they can give you information on CL. Hope you have a great trip :).

Doesn't really make any difference which way you do it. Do online check-in if you want, don't if you don't.
Either way, you'll go by the desk by the Inn Keeper's Door and get your arrival info and overview of the resort.

Trying CL for the first time at our mini stay at CSR Tower this Aug. Unfortunately it was only available the first night and not the second night. I read somewhere that CL at the new CSR tower will not be room specific, so I am hoping I will not have to change rooms (booking Standard view for both nights). Does anyone know if that is the case, or suggestions to help boost my cause to not have to switch rooms after the first night. My TA said she would add a note but did say nothing is a guarantee (each night has to be a seperate booking). We are really only booking CL to try out the lounge, and do not care about the additional benefits as we are only doing the MNSSHP the second night before transferring on to the Dark Side (hence why I do not want to switch rooms 3 times for a total 4 night stay trip).

Hi everyone! We just booked a quick F&WF trip upon finding a sweet award travel rate on Delta...and I'm extra excited because we booked Poly garden view CL for one of the nights! We've stayed at the Poly before, but never CL...so we're very happy to get to cross that off the bucket list (even though it's only for one night). For the Poly experts here, anything in particular we should request for our room location?

Our trip is for Thursday 10/24 through Sunday 10/27, so for now we booked rack rate at the Poly CL for 10/24 since we'll be going to MNSSHP that night. For the next two days we'll be focusing on the F&WF and SWGE and switching over to BWI and our favorite room of all time -- a garden cottage! Again, booked rack rate for now and are hoping for an AP discount, but if that doesn't happen, we'll be ok with that since we used miles to pay for our airfare.

Hoping to be able to be more active on the DIS again in the near future...D is a HS junior and her college application/audition process for her intended major has already begun and has consumed most of my free time lately. Looking forward to planning for this unexpected trip as a welcome distraction! :)

You can do online check in & still stop at the desk & get all the advice & information you need. With online check in, I find the only thing I skip is having to hand over the credit card & watching the CM type that & personal info like email & address into the computer. Nothing magical about doing that, lol!
