We used Garden Grocer to deliver to Copper Creek last week. Bell service held the groceries and the whole process was very convenient.

Anyone use Amazon Prime Now to deliver groceries to the hotel? We have used insta cart in the past, would use em again but looking to try something new. Will bell services hold our delivery if we arent there? I have always met the delivery person this time would be more convenient to not be there. Any experiences especiall at WL?
Thanks.

Besides for a bells services tip. Were there any other fees for accepting/holding the groceries?
Thanks.

Some more pics of the decorations. Took them after getting back from DAH tonight. Sorry about some of them being sideways lol.

We were there this past weekend and there weren’t any decorations up besides the gingerbread house. It was chilly and the fireplaces were so cozy! We’ll be back in 13 days and I can’t wait to see the transformation! Gets me every time

Thanks for all the great pics. The WL lobby at Christmas always touches my heart. We will be there in three weeks. So looking forward to sitting in the lobby with an adult beverage and taking it all in.

Is that for the whole order? Everyone else same experience?

Im trying not to look at the pics.....waiting to see it in person.
Thanks.
Yes, for the whole order......this was at YC in August. We DID have bell services bring up our order.
I just checked and we weren’t charged for Bell Services holding our delivery. We did go down and pick it up ourselves though. So for us it was just the tip.
True. If you pick up yourselves then there shouldn't be a charge, other than tip. Touchy subject, tipping. I feel they are performing a service by receiving and storing our order so yes, we would tip as well.

I have only been charged the $6 when I call and request to have our groceries brought up to our room. The times I’ve picked things up myself I’ve not been charged the $6.

This may go without saying, but Bell Services will only deliver to your room if they know someone is there to receive the order.

We're staying in a 2BR at BRV in January. We've only stayed in the main lodge before. I was looking a Touring Plans to request a room and saw some 2BR "corner" units that looked like they had interesting layouts, but I had trouble finding more info about them. Has anyone stayed in one of these? Are they good?

Hi all. First WL stay, though this will be our 9th deluxe resort stay in about 7 years. We are going for the first time during the holidays, which we are a bit nervous about, since we normally go during comparatively "slower" times. Here's my question: we have a 5 day stay (12/26-12/31) and we only have 2-day park hoppers. We know the parks will be busy so we have other plans around the resorts and off property. How crowded should I expect Geysery Point lounge and Territory Lounge/ breakfast spot at WL to be? If we plan to enjoy the resort and spend time at these lounges, will it be impossible to do so that week? Does the lounge require reservations? A large part of our plans invovles hanging out at the new bar/lounge and eating and relaxing there. I know it's a busy week, just wondering if tables are going to be super scarce or if reservations are normally needed there? Any strategies for getting a table there?
