Do new DVC members have to buy 150 points all in one contract?

I know that new DVC members must purchase a minimum 150 points, but do the 150 points need to be all in one contract, or could you split it into 2 or 3 seperate contracts?

Yes one contract, and I thought I read somewhere its changing to 160 point minimum soon.

Yes, If purchasing direct from DVC, you will need to purchase the minimum all in one contract. Subsequent add-ons can be broken up, but the master contract has to total the min.

The current rumor (coming from the guides, themselves, it seems) is that on March 1st, when the AKV points go on sale to the public, the price will increase to $104 per point and the minimum will go up to 160 pts on your initial contract.
