Which restaurant is the best reservation for early morning dining and being in the park before opening?

AK - Tusker House (buffet)
MK - Be Our Guest (quick service a la carte menu) or Crystal Palace (full buffet) Cinderellas Royal Table (family style all you can eat)
EPCOT - Garden Grill (family style all you can eat) or Akershus (buffet) Counter service in WS - France too
DHS - Hollywood and Vine (buffet)

We love Garden Grill at Epcot. We get there at 8 am, are done and downstairs at Soaring 15 minutes before park open, and usually (but not guaranteed) they let you on early. Head over to Test Track before/right at 9, on and done with 2 headliners before 9:20-9:30. Head to Mission Space. My son and family did Akershus PPO, but so many people pushed past them for FEA it wasn't a big advantage there.
BOG was nice for a practically empty park. No advantage there either because SDMT was down and remained so for 45 minutes. By then the fp line was longer than standby.
Some do H&V for the Jedi Training Academy signups.

Fyi: AK and HS will get you into the park before posted opening, but they put you in the wrong area for the popular attractions (Pandora and Toy Story Land, respectively, at least for the next month. With SWGE, all bets are off on HS). Regular crowds will be allowed to head to those attractions 15-30 minutes before posted open, so they will all be ahead of you as you come out of breakfast.

MK you would want to do BoG to get a jump on Fantasyland. EP you could do Garden Grill to get a jump on Soarin' or Akershus for Frozen Ever After.

So, if your goal is empty park pictures, then you've got a chance in all 4 parks. If you're looking for the touring advantage, it's only MK and EP.

It remains to be seen if H&V will have an advantage to SWGE with a 9am regular open, but HS won't be seeing one until November at the earliest, so we've got a while to wait.
