Excursion as X-Mas gift- Eastern

Hello all- long time, no talk...

Anyways, my parents are going on a 4 day Eastern Caribbean cruise in January, and I was going to go ahead & book them an excursion as a Christmas gift at either Nassau or Freeport through DCL.

Since I've only ever been on a Western Caribbean cruise, I know know *nothing* about the Eastern ports, let alone what excursions are good. So, if anyone could suggest a few excursions at either of these destinations that adults may enjoy, please let me know!
