What happens to the contract disney exercise rofr on, do the sell the through the normal dvc channels, or put them back through agents such as the timeshare store.
If they sell them off them selves are they inflated prices at a similar cost to buying direct?

Welcome Fedral144, Disney still actively sells points at all the DVC resorts, I was led to believe that they sell those ROFR points themselves, why give the profit to another company?
Its also a way of underpinning their market/investment and here's their current pricing.

$155 ANIMAL KINGDOM VILLAS.
$160 AULANI.
$165 BAY LAKE TOWERS.
$130 BEACH CLUB VILLAS.
$130 BOARDWALK VILLAS.
