Yes that's true. And it does not really have the value prop story like SSR for them to offer it up as an alternative to Riviera. It will be interesting to see how this plays out for sure!

Probably 40-60% of contracts will be 2042. Disney is not ROFR all 2042, although they are making the buyers sign quit claim deeds.

I think if you are after value, then SSR cannot be beaten now with those gorgeous rooms, and dues, together with buy in costs and length of contract. OKW extended is a good deal though.
I can see SSR rising in price once all those new rooms are up and running and people are all reporting back how positive the stay in them is.
