Most of the buildings at OKW do not have elevators. If you have strollers or ECVs or elderly who cannot do the stairs, you might want to stay with KV.

True, but it doesn't seem that they will need/have strollers, or that anybody is elderly (which still shouldn't be assumed that if there were any elderly, they would hav difficulty with stairs )
