Favorite Disney Rides!?!?

Okay so what is everyone's favorite ride in each park???
For me...
AK- Khali River Rapids
MK- Buzz Lightyear
Epcot- Soarin'
HS- The Little Mermaid (not really a ride though!)

Trying to just choose one is hard, particularly in MK, but here goes:

MK: Country Bear Jamboree (my answer will be different tomorrow)
Epcot: Soarin'
AK: Nemo (I know, it's a show, not a ride)
HS: Animation Academy (oops, another non-ride!)

Makes me want to be there...

Epcot - Universe of Energy (disclaimer: It used to be Spaceship Earth, but I have not yet experienced the new version, so I am reserving judgement)
Animal Kingdom: Kali River Rapids (Really, Festival of the Lion King, but it isn't a ride)
Hollywood Studios - Muppets 3D (Would be Star Tours if they would just make a new movie...)
