Festival of the Arts hours?

I thought this was supposed to be everyday this year? But when looking at the park hours, it's not listed on the Tuesday through Thursday of our week. We're going on Thursday, 2/1 and I was really wanting to hit some of the food booths.

I think the only thing happening on limited days is the Disney on Broadway concerts, which are Friday-Monday. Some of the best free seminars (IMO) were happening mid-week so definitely check those out!
