FOP FastPass+ Rider Swap question

If this has already been asked and answered in another thread, I apologize!

Here's the deal: We have a FastPass+ for FOP from 940am-1040am. We have a 3 year old in tow. We want to ride Na'vi River Journey Together, and then take turns on FOP. Our plan is rope drop -> Pandora -> boat ride -> take turns on FOP. What happens though if we dont make it to FOP until like 1030? Is there some sort of mechanism in place for a rider swap for people using FastPass+? My concern is the first person doesnt get off the ride until like 11am or something and we are hosed. Thanks in advance for any information!

We used rider swap at the tail end of our fast pass window last week and had no issues. I would just let the CM at the fast pass tapstile know that your fast pass window ends at 10:40 (which we all know is really 10:55 anyway!)
