hey guys only really just started posting on the dis even though i have been a member for a while. but i am a personal trainer in the UK but i am not one of these always been super fit type of trainers i used to be very large for my size in my younger days lol and been there done that with diets and fittness plans so i was basically offering anyone help and tips on how to loose weight, change a lifestyle or whatever because at the end of the day thats what the dis boards are about isnt it.
