Our best friends were just down from NY and the wife has been my BF since we were in high school. It was her DH's and DS's first trip ever. And, they only did 3 nights. Her DH fell in love with Disney (he's a keeper!) and I told him about DVC since we just purchased during the F&F discount in January. These friends NEED seperate rooms when they travel so a villa or suite is a must. They are VERY interested in buying now, especially after I conveniently walked them into the DVC setup at the Boardwalk. 
What is the current incentive?
Also, I saw that Disney is going to stop paying closing costs in the very near future - does anyone know an exact date for that?
My only concern is that my friend is a teacher in NY which means they will HAVE to travel during high peak times of the year. If they buy SSR what kind of chances, really, do they have of getting another resort during those peak times?
I ordered them the DVD but I want to strike while the iron is hot! I would love to have friends to travel with every year!!!
