Genie+ and LL

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for some advice, education, links...whatever you have to help me understand Genie+ and LL. I was pretty much a Fastpass pro, but I also (clearly) haven't been to Disneyland in years.

Is there a "Navigating Genie+ and LL For Dummies?"

I'm confused, as it seems like you can purchase Disney+ but might also still need to purchase LL for something like Rise?

Sorry for my ignorance...I'm just super confused. I appreciate all your help!
