Welcome to the November Exercise Challenge!!!
If you’re returning, we’re excited to have you back! If you’re new, welcome to the team!

This is how it works:

You choose a time goal (as much or as little as you want), and then you post minutes toward that goal as you exercise. (You can post every day, or just whenever you can.) All sorts of movement counts! You can set a monthly goal that means something to you, or calculate your goal based on a target number of minutes per day. Since November has 30 days, here are some popular conversions:

10 minutes/day = 300
15 minutes/day = 450
20 minutes/day = 600
30 minutes/day = 900

One of the special motivations of our Disney challenge is color changing! Page one will be updated with individual and team color changes as we make more and more progress. This month the colors are inspired by Thanksgiving food and drinks (don't worry - most are pretty healthy in moderation!):

Merlot Wine Purple 50%
Golden Turkey Brown 75%
Cranberry Sauce Red 90%
Green Peas WISH Green 100%

I'm in:). I have Avengers weekend (doing the 5k, 10k and the half) mid month, so I'll be in my final training weeks and then recovery. But, previous race cycles I've been known to turn "recovery" into "rest" and fall off the wagon completely for a while. So, I'm going to aim high to try to keep myself moving. I'll go for 1750 this month.

Please count me in, I had to skip October due to some physical issues but its time for me to get back to work! I will commit to 1000 minutes , and if I do more than that then I know that my body and I are back in communication with each other and we are friends again!
 
Thanks for hosting! Going to take a step back in time this month. Running the Wine & Dine half, but I'll be at Disney for about a week for that and won't be running much else. Then I'll do some light training for a turkey trot on Thanksgiving. Going to say 800 minutes and see what happens.
