+1 Debbie B. We just stayed in 6502 (1br) a few weeks ago, and talk about a million dollar view!

Do be aware that the number of studios facing paradise pier is very limited, so don't be upset if you don't get this view. This DVC is at full capacity year round, so you will only get it if you happen to check in on the same day someone checks out of one of these views. But if you get lucky, wow, what a view...

We also stayed in this room during the first week in June! It was a great view and we loved it

This was our second stay in the villas and both times we requested high floor, theme park view. Both times we have been very lucky to have this request granted.
