Great response to a problem by the PBH staff

Hi all,
Earlier this year I posted about problems I had experienced while at PBH. Mainly it was about how my room keys did not work at the hotel which caused me to miss club level benefits while I got the situation straightened out.

A week ago I received a response from the PBH management. They offered me a complimentary night's stay to be used within the next year. This is way beyond my expectations, and certainly they weren't obligated to provide such compensation.

I really can't think of anything else to say. Obviously it's a bummer when things go wrong, but I certainly have to credit PBH for a classy response.
 
I remember you talking about that. Glad to hear it all got settled.
