Tuesday strength class went really well! Wednesday was a rough day at work and came home feeling ill and missed my run. Instead of my strength class I ran the 4.5 miles on the treadmill today start 1% incline 12 minute/mile and half way through went to no incline. It was an ok run, just glad to have it done. Got a well needed massage this afternoon, hopefully loosen everything up. Rest day tomorrow. 6 mile run on saturday. Happy Friday everyone!
