Has Ei$ner Started the sell-off already?

Well, there are a couple ways to look at it:

1) Eisner getting more people off the payroll and makes a nice little bit of change in the process ("The Selloff")

2) A Disney exec wants to have more creative/business freedom for his department.

3) A Disney exec feels his department is underappreciated by Burbank, so he takes his marbles and goes out on his own.

I can't think of any others. I don't know how much i.d.e.a.s. contributed to the overall picture. Perhaps they added that extra touch to other projects. If that's the case, then I don't see it as a huge deal. If, on the other hand, they were the creative driving forces behind projects, then it bodes dark for creativity at Disney.
