Having Trouble Booking APH Rate Online

I go to the Annual Pass section of the homepage, and go to the hotels and packages section and it says "Start Booking" I click that and it takes me to the home page again? Any suggestions?

Update: Just went ahead and booked though the phone line. The Florida Resident Rate was exactly the same as the APH Rate (and what came up when I entered "APH" in the Promo Code box), but I didn't want to check in and have that rate revoked as we are not residents.
