Help-a type of design-starts with a p

It was meet the teacher day.DD has a red piece of construction paper and says she has to make something, begins with a p, some type of design but she can't remember the word and shes all upset. She is going into 3rd grade. The paper is about15 inches long, 5 inches wide. Does anyone know what the heck shes supposed to make????
