Horrible GIANT DIS Banner!

Any way to get rid of this thing without disabling java script? Not exactly a super convenient option, but this banner is RIDICULOUS!

And AdBlocker does NOTHING to this monster.

So frustrating. Makes me want to seek info elsewhere that feedback on this does not appear to be taken into account here.

The GIANT one I'm talking about is at the top of the page when I check Watched Threads and Watched Forums.
