Hi! I'm embracing a Keto (mostly) diet now that my pre-diabetes has become diabetes and I miss seeing my ankles on a daily basis. My doctor said to drop the carbs so no more carbs. Mostly. The list of restaurants and snacks were exactly what I needed to see as the rest of the family can (and do) eat pretty much anything under the sun. I will admit, though, I'll probably hit up Jolly Holiday for a breakfast croissant and Abuelita at least once during our trip (over Christmas). And maybe 1/2 a Dole Whip. And a drink or two at Cove Bar/Tiki Bar. Just not all in the same day. I'm not on MFP and no Fit Bit, but I have a work-out regimen I do every day and it keeps my stress levels down.
